Cancellation Policy
We operate rain or shine and are equipped to handle most weather conditions. Due to the time and resources required for quality service, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid an $80 cancellation fee. Terms include:
- 48 hours notice required for cancellation or rescheduling
- Flash Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to staff availability, weather, or equipment issues
- Failure to have the vehicle and keys ready at the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee
- Gift certificate bookings follow the same cancellation policy
Vehicle Access & Operation
You authorize Flash Clean Detailing technicians to access and operate your vehicle as necessary during the service. Please ensure vehicle keys are available to us at the appointment.
Time Limits for Detailing Packages
Each package has a specified time limit. Add-ons may extend this time. Timekeeping is at the discretion of your assigned technician and begins once check-in and equipment setup are complete.
Detail Time Limits Are As Follows:
♦ Bronze Package1.5 – 2.0 hours
♦ Silver Package 2.5 hours
♦ Gold Package 3.5 hours
♦ Diamond Package 4.5 hours
Guaranteed Outcome Expectations
While we strive to restore your vehicle’s condition, results vary depending on how long ago your last detail was:
♦ Last detailed <1 year ago: 75% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >1 year ago: 70% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >2 years ago: 65% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >3 years ago: 60% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >4 years ago: 55% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >5 years ago: 50% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >6 years ago: 45% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >7 years ago: 40% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >8 years ago: 35% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >9 years ago: 30% as good as new
♦ Last detailed >10 years ago: 25% as good as new
Quality of Service
We aim for your satisfaction and will do our best within the constraints of time, expertise, and resources. A final inspection will be conducted with you at the end of the service. Please report any concerns within 24 hours. We are not liable for issues reported after this window or if a final inspection was not completed.
Accidents & Pre-Existing Damage
Flash Clean Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage and limits liability to the total cost of the service. We exercise the utmost care and will inform you immediately if any damage occurs during service.
Fees, Terms & Payment
The fee agreed upon is for the reserved service time, not a guaranteed outcome. If the vehicle requires significantly more time due to excessive dirt or conditions, an additional $60 per hour dirty fee may apply, subject to technician discretion. You will be informed beforehand if this fee is necessary. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Feedback & Photos
We welcome your feedback! Flash Clean Detailing reserves the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes on our website and social media. Personal information will not be shared.
Termination of Service
Flash Clean Detailing reserves the right to terminate service at any time if a client is deemed unsuitable due to conduct or other reasons at our discretion, including bypassing company procedures or disrespecting staff.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted here, and we do not guarantee individual notifications.
Acknowledgement
By using Flash Clean Detailing services, you acknowledge and agree that:

♦ Deposits are non-refundable
